Hemp products are easy to include as a part of your daily diet. Here are some simple tips on how to use each hemp product. All the products can also be used in baking.

Whole hemp seeds: Add to smoothies, yogurt or curd. Best used in smoothies because the seeds are already crushed. You can also germinate and sprout the seeds.

Peeled hemp seeds: Very soft and nutty. Can be added to almost anything. Add to porridge (e.g. 1 dl of porridge flakes and 0.25-0.5 dl of peeled hemp seeds), yogurt, curd, etc. Excellent sprinkled in a salad or even on top of an omelette.

Hemp oil: Excellent in salad dressings. If the taste seems too strong, it can be mixed with olive oil and seasoned with, for example, garlic and lemon.
Can be added directly to porridge or yogurt. Many people have one or more tablespoons a day as a supplement.
Hemp oil has a low smoke point and should not be used as a frying oil. Our camelina oil is excellent for frying.

Hemp groats: Add to yogurt, curd or porridge. Also suitable as a protein/fiber supplement for smoothies.
